My GMC Acadia was in approx 8 times for the same service. Sensors. And each time this dealership was clear on the problem, the solution and informed me they would cover the cost of the issue. The oil job they did was great, I like how they explain everything to you on what they did. They made me aware of one of my windshield wipers was ripped and needed replaced. The issue that I had a problem with was my passenger seat that appeared to be off its track and didn't want to go back after it was forward. I pointed out the problem I had and they said they would have someone look at it after the oil change. When everything was done I was told there was a water bottle underneath there and that it was fixed. I said great, I was so relieved. I went home and the next morning my husband went to move it back and it made the same weird noise it did before. It was NOT fixed. So the first thing I thought was "didn't they try it after they pulled the bottle out"??? I'm beginning to think no one even looked at it. I then called back and all they did was blame it on someone else. They made a appointment for me to come in and they would look at it. Meanwhile my husband took a crack at it and there was a rod underneath the seat that was bent and a wire unplugged. So he bent it back and plugged it in right. HE fixed it. So I called and canceled my appointment. Very discouraging.

The car was ready when we arrived, the financing process was streamlined and did not include any high pressure sales pitches for extra coverage. The young man was attentive to my needs. The young lady who obtained my payment was delaying too much cleavage and made herself look unprofessional. She kept tucking on her dress to pull it down as it was already too short. She also kept pulling up on her top portion of her dress to attempt to cover her already expose self. She really does not have to expose herself like that. Not flattery and not professional.

I have had 3 major things go wrong with my car that the salesman didn't tell me about when I bought the car. 1st was heated seats, 2nd was parking module, now I have the on star module go bad. I cannot use my remote start thru the ap and my north ,south,east and west doesn't work, on star doesn't work. I was told that module is on back order and my bumper to bumper warranty is up and I don't know if it will be replaced yet. Here I am waiting to see and not able to use things.

My whole family and I have bought many vehicles here over the years and was going to move all my personal and business automotive purchases to KC Summers. But with all the issues that I have had with this 2021 GMC repair I'm second guessing. I believe that we have the main issues resolved with the truck. This is how my journey started. I took it in originally and they told me that the work would be covered under warranty. Then a few days later once the repairs were completed they told me that it would be $4k and that there wasn't a warranty. So I bought an extended warranty through Mr Summers at the dealership for $4200 and paid the bill for the repair. So at this point I have spent roughly $8200+ with KC Summers. I got my truck back and noticed that my grille was scratched where the tech had been sliding stuff across it and damaged it. Called the service advisor and he ordered me another one and had it put on within a few days. From the day I picked up my truck I went to Ohio and took a small vacation and when I got back I noticed that my engine was making some noise. Checked the oil and saw that it wasn't even reading on the stick. Added oil and checked it for the next few days and noticed that the level was rapidly decreasing. Called KC Summers to let them know and they got it in and got it looked at and said that the tech installed the valve cover wrong and that the oil was pouring out the back. I asked them if they were going to fix it and they said yes and I asked if they were going to change the oil in it or if I needed to when I got it back because I only run Schaeffer's Oil in it. The service advisor said that they would change the oil in it since it was their mistake. A few days later he sent me a photo of 0-20 oil that states on the bottle "for gasoline engines" (my vehicle is a 1/2 ton Diesel) so I told him that was the wrong oil and sent him a photo of what it should be. (Keep in mind that I had this truck for roughly a week and it had drained all of the oil out of the engine while I was driving it. This causes internal damage to the engine with not having oil in it, which i'm very worried about currently) After a little over a month they call me and tell me it's finished, i asked if the oil had been changed and he said yes it has. I picked it up and noticed that the oil change sticker and oil life are the same as when I dropped it off. I take it to my shop to get it undercoated before winter. When I got it on my lift I looked under the vehicle and noticed that the filter on the engine was the same one that I had installed on the last oil change. Lowered it down and noticed that I was 1qrt low on oil as well. I have had my truck back for 3 days now and it's not losing oil so I believe that part is fixed. But I am worried about the internal damage to my engine that this mistake had done, along with all the other issues that have happened. I'm not sure what to do from this point forward. I've been calm and collective throughout this whole situation, but as a business owner this is very unacceptable and a very unprofessional way of doing business,

I called your dealership on Lakeland Boulevard initially and told them what was going on with my car. We had a radio that would not power down and would not turn down. We had parked the car for the weekend and the following Monday when we went to start it. It was completely dead. I called the Intown dealership and they said they would send someone out to jump it so we could bring it in because we had tried to jump it and it wouldn’t work Brought it in and got a loaner. All of this was fine. You weren’t able to see my car for around five days from when I brought it in when you did call me back to tell me what was wrong with it. You just said there was a bad cell in the battery. I questioned whether something else was going wrong because why is the radio acting like this? Why did it drain? The battery? Basically just said it’s just the battery. It’s fine so we paid for a battery took our car home parked it. The first time we drove it within 30 minutes of driving at the engine light came onso today is Friday and we brought it back into Kcsummers to be dealt with and now you have no loaner car for me and you can’t see it until 13 January so I’m just up the creek without a paddle after. I said something was wrong with my car. No one believed me.
